BIG RED SANITATION HAS NEW OWNERSHIP!

Last week you should have received a letter from Big Red Sanitation informing you that Ace Sanitation has purchased Big Red to add to our more than 34 years of serving the Columbus area with dependable and reliable garbage service.   We are excited to have you as a new customer and look forward to continuing to operate the Big Red Sanitation routes that have been ran by Gary and Joan Schlesinger for 48 years.  All Big Red employees will continue to operate the routes; your pickup schedule and all residential monthly rates will remain the same!

In addition, Ace offers our customers exciting and efficient ways to contact our office, receive holiday schedule notifications and manage your billing and payment preferences!

Billing/Payment:

Also new to you! – We offer new, simple ways to pay – recurring online bill pay: automatic withdrawal from checking/savings (0.00% fee) or debit/credit (3.00% fee) –or- even pay one time.  We offer paperless e-billing right to your inbox or receive a physical bill in your mailbox.

Please note: Existing Big Red accounts numbers are being retired – All customers will receive a new Ace Sanitation account number on their bill to use for payment processing.

Customers billed every 1, 2 or 3 months will be billed at the end of each cycle starting May 31st, June 30th or July 31st.  Customers currently billed every 4 months or more will be transitioned to every 2 months and receive a bill at the end of June.  Pre-payment will now be required for billing cycles larger than 3 months.  If you were a pre-pay customer 6 months or more we adopted that schedule.  (existing pre-payments for May 2019 and forward are already credited to customer accounts)
