Trash Service

Place your materials at the curb the night before your collection day, or NO LATER than 5am on the day of collection.

Please be sure to bag your trash and recycling!

Ace Sanitation will take materials not in the cart, as long the item is bagged. Charges may apply for material taken away. If you have any concerns over an item please contact us.

Cardboard boxes larger than 18 inches must be broken down and/or dismantled to a square flat size no larger than 30 inches by 30 inches. Examples such as: TV boxes, Moving boxes etc. must be broken down.

BILLING SERVICES

Invoices are mailed 30 days prior to quarterly service period and are due within 15 days of receipt.

Payments can be made in the form of:

Personal Checks (No Fees)

Online website -Trashbilling.com

Money Order (No Fees)

Personal banking On-Line bill pay (No Fees) (Please be sure to include your account number when you set-up the payment)

Important Notice:

Customers are kindly reminded that services may be disrupted for accounts with unpaid invoices as of the new service cycle. To ensure uninterrupted service, please settle your account before the start of the new cycle. It's essential to note that paying past-due invoices on the day of pickup or the evening before does not guarantee same-day service. Unless you call to cancel your service and our container has been picked up, your account remains open, and charges continue to recur. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
