We were so happy with our ACE Sanitation services. They feature automatic withdrawal, very reasonable rates, immediate communication, and prompt services. If a holiday falls on your pick-up day, they let you know in advance when pickup can be expected. Matt, the owner is very professional and makes sure his business is ran to please the customers. We have moved now, and I only wish ACE could continue to serve us. Due to our new location, we are sadly out of ACE territory. Absolutely fantastic company. My wife and I moved to Columbus from Salt Lake City. We didn't know when we moved here that we had to hire a private company for garbage removal (in Salt Lake it's done by the city). We needed to get garbage cans in a hurry. My wife called Ace Sanitation the day we moved in, they delivered our garbage cans the next day. We are more than impressed with the service, they are efficient and courteous and they never leave our garbage cans knocked over. We love the text alerts that remind us about garbage day. If you are just moving to Columbus and wondering which company to use we 100% recommend Ace Sanitation.

I've been with them for several years and have never had an issue with billing or pickup. I now can pay my bill online so its even easier. I have no complaints.

We recently moved to Columbus and had lots of trash and boxes. We did not have service set up yet but when the guys stopped by the neighbors we asked them if they would take our garbage as well. The obliged and we started service with them that same day! This past week was Memorial Day and we weren't sure if there would be garbage collection on the scheduled day due to the holiday. I set our cans by our garage just in case they were collecting. They came up the long driveway, collected our cans and then helped me carry out more boxes and bags of garbage from the garage! They even helped roll the cans back up to the garage when they were done dumping them!! They are friendly, reliable and so far have gone out of their way to help us out! I highly recommend them!

We had a three month old deer carcass leftover from a flood. Picked up and disposed of without problems. They were so friendly on the phone. It was not an easy thing to explain!

Ace is an awesome trash service! I’ve fallen off the truck a time or two with med bills and life in general but always worked hard to make it right and yet they stood along side me rather than behind me! I’ve fallen once again but made it right today and hope to continue with their services!! I love the guys on the truck always pleasant and even by phone they’ve been great!!

Ace now has a reminder call service that texts you the afternoon or evening the day before your pickup so you don't forget to put your trash container at the curb. This is a great new addition to their already awsome service!
